By accessing the Site of Aperture you are declaring that you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use and legal information set out below in respect of the Site and all elements contained therein. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions specified below, access to the website of Aperture is expressly prohibited. We may revise these Terms and Conditions. Any changes we make to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page, and we reserve the right to do so without your consent. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to the policy. Some of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis and Aperture reserves the right to withdraw or amend the information provided on the Site, without notice at any time. Aperture will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, Aperture may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users who have registered with Aperture without notice at any time. Aperture may suspend your access to the Site generally at any time without notice to allow for repairs, maintenance, updates, upgrades or loading of any new content or functionality, or otherwise. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Aperture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-licensable licence to access and make use of the Site.
This licence does not include any resale, commercial or personal use of any of the Site’s content or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Without Aperture’s express written consent, you may not:
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit or otherwise exploit the Site for any commercial or personal purpose;

Aperture and its Site suppliers do not accept any responsibility for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information. Information obtained from this Site should not be used as a substitute for consultation with Aperture. Third party information suppliers to Aperture for the provision of services via the Site have no liability to you.

Aperture does not make any other promises or warranties about the third-party links to websites and products, and in particular does not warrant that:

You agree that as you have chosen to enter the linked website or to download such materials. Aperture will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for a) the privacy of such websites; b) the content of such websites; c) any third party product, service or download made available; d) the use that others make of these third party websites, products, service or downloads nor for any damage, loss, offence caused or alleged to be caused or in connection with the use of or reliance on such third party websites, advertising, content, products, or services.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The construction validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland and any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Geneva Courts.
