By accessing the Site of Aperture you are declaring that you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use and legal information set out below in respect of the Site and all elements contained therein. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The construction validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland and any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Geneva Courts.a
